Three reasons you shouldn't rent this apartment and one you should. 1. You need silence- Our street is relatively busy. It's a small town but... Also, a child and a dog live upstairs so you will definitely hear them. 2. You don't want to pay a 12% tax-We are a licensed unit so we pay 12% tax to our town. Airbnb won't collect this for us. 3. You need TV-No cable but we have wifi. A smart tv allows login to your Netflix Hulu... Why should you stay here? MASSAGE CHAIR It is lovely... Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we are taking extra precautions to ensure that the apartment is not only clean but also disinfected. This is a lovely apartment to hunker down, get some work done, and make beautiful meals. Close to grocery stores and restaurants offering takeout, it is an ideal spot to weather the crisis. Private studio unit offers a queen bed, full bathroom, and complete kitchen with full-size appliances including a washer and dryer. Relax after a day of hiking or visiting family in the lovely massage chair. It is a lovely way to recover from travel and ease you into sleep at night. Our excellent location offers easy access to downtown Mill Valley and the highway to SF or Napa. We don't charge a cleaning fee we just ask that guests try to leave the space neat. If you could toss the sheets and towels into the washer before you leave that would be great. A 12% tax will be collected in cash upon check-in to comply with local law. This is a transient occupancy tax and is the price we pay to run a legal licensed unit. Located conveniently off Highway 101 which is minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge, this first-floor unit boasts a private entrance and private patio. The space is an open concept design with a bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen all accessible from each other. The kitchen contains full-size appliances including refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There are also many small touches for your convenience including a Jura Capresso espresso machine (espresso beans provided), Soda Stream Soda Maker and the kitchen sink has a filtered water tap as well. Parking is off-street in the driveway just outside the front door. Park your car and walk, run, or bike to the nearby bike path that will take you all the way to Sausalito and the Golden Gate Bridge. The furnishings include a queen-size bed, full sofa, and a comfortable massage chair. There is a Whole Foods market two blocks away and many restaurants within easy walking and driving distance. Guests have access to entire downstairs unit as well as front enclosed patio and side yard with access from front patio and side door in the unit. Conveniently located just off highway 101, our home provides easy access to downtown Mill Valley and other highlights of the Bay Area. Walk to the bike path, great restaurants, Whole Foods, and downtown if you like. We include a list of must sees in the apartment. There is a bus stop 200ft from the front door. Highway 101 is less than a mile away. The apartment is located within walking distance to downtown Mill Valley's charming shops and restaurants. Short drive to Muir Woods and San Francisco. Wine country is a daytrip from here. There is a family of three and a dog living upstairs. They try to be respectful of our guests but if you are sensitive to noise, this is probably not the space for you.
