The patio surrounds the entire house. It has access from the main entrance and the gallery. You can park your vehicle in the courtyard. The door is automatic and timed. The patio has awnings. There are 2 electric awnings with wind sensor, 1 manual awning and a fixed cover in the back. Rental for families or quiet people. Couples or friends over 28. No parties or events allowed.
