The house is a stone's throw from Piazza Grande, in the historic center. The strategic location will allow you to enjoy all the beauty of the city. CIN (National Identification Code): IT052015C2NWFIY4S The space The house is located on a quiet and peaceful street from which you can directly access an open space with a fully equipped island kitchen (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and induction hob), a seating area with sofa bed, TV and a study corner. From the open space you can access a full bathroom, while going up the stairs you will find a cozy attic used as a bedroom and another bathroom with window and shower. The extensive use of natural wood combined with design elements help create a warm, cozy and clean atmosphere. During the renovation we have given particular importance to energy saving by using the most advanced technologies. Household cleaning and personal care products are chosen based on their biodegradability and reduced packaging. The fabrics we have chosen for the sheets and towels also comply with strict standards regarding the use of pollutants (oeko-tex certification). We do all this because we believe it is important, also hoping that this can be an incentive for you to choose to stay in our small home :) Upon request and free of charge we can provide a playpen/bed for small children complete with linens, bathrobe for children, changing table for diaper changes, bathtub for bathing and high chair :) Guest access The house is in a traffic-restricted zone (ZTL), so it is not possible to access it by car, but there are several parking lots nearby where you can leave your car, both paid and free (see map in photos) Other things to note Based on our desire to have a low environmental impact, the minimum temperature allowed for cooling (from 06/01 to 09/30) will be 26 degrees, while the maximum temperature allowed for heating (from 11/01 to 04/15) will be 21 degrees.
