Due to its corner position and surrounding tropical landscaping, there is not a wide open ocean view from inside the studio. The ocean is visible from the deck while standing, and beach access is only seconds away. This is a privately owned unit within a condominium complex. Common areas are shared with other owners and guests. Like much of the Dominican Republic, occasional power or water interruptions can occur. The complex has a backup generator, and this unit includes battery-backed Starlink internet to minimize disruption. Kite Beach is an active, windy beach and world-class kiteboarding destination. If you’re seeking a completely calm, wind-free environment, this may not be the ideal location.
