Our brand new room is situated in a family house in a very central location of Gruz area. Room has it's own spacious living area and balcony, with sea view. Twenty minute walk to the Old Town, bus stop just next to the house. Main Port is just 8 minutes walking distance. Bakery, grocery store, green and fish market, restaurant, gluten free restaurant are all within 5 minute walking distance. Main bus station is 10 minute walk as well. The room is fresh, spacious and offers a very pleasant stay.
