Adjacent to the kitchen, the bright dining space comfortably seats four. The bathroom includes a spacious bathtub, a hairdryer, and a laundry area with a washing machine. Guest access Our apartment is ideally situated just 1km from the historic heart of Kotor, making it an easy 15-minute stroll to the Old Town’s medieval walls. The nearest entrance, Gurdić Gate, is only a 12-minute walk away. If you're looking for adventure, the Kotor Cable Car is a short 10–15-minute drive, while Kotor’s public beach is 2 km away, about a 30-minute walk. The Tivat airport is conveniently located just 10 km from the apartment, making your arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. Everyday essentials are within easy reach – Aroma supermarket is just a 5-minute walk from the building, and right next to it, the Piper market offers fresh local fruits and vegetables. A gas station is also conveniently located just 5 minutes away on foot. For those arriving by car, we provide a designated parking spot right in front of the building. The building entrance is well-lit for safety and ease of access, and the apartment is located on the first floor. Inside the apartment, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay – including a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings in. We offer self check-in for flexibility, but if you’d prefer a personal welcome, we’d be happy to meet you and show you around. Other things to note *** Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is between 4 PM and 10 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance. We may be able to accommodate your request for an additional fee, though this cannot be guaranteed. For Greet & Meet services after 10 PM, there is an extra charge of €15, but you can always use our convenient self check-in option. *** Recommendations and Guidebook: We are happy to provide recommendations for places to eat, visit, or spend your free time. Our Kotor Guidebook, attached to the description of our home, contains plenty of information. We can also assist with arranging tours and transfers. *** Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (a penalty of €200 applies for smoking indoors). However, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony. *** Sewage System: The sewage system in Kotor is delicate and cannot handle wet wipes, nappies, or tampons. Please avoid flushing these items. *** Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. *** Weekly Cleaning Service: For long-term stays (longer than a month), a mandatory weekly cleaning service is required 🧹. *** Lighting and Safety: The entry to the house is well-lit, ensuring your safety and convenience. You'll have a private entrance with a gate leading to the front yard. *** Scenic Views: From the apartment, you can catch sight of Lovćen, the majestic black mountain that gave this country its name, and on the other side the Vrmac peninsula, the former fortification of the Austro-Hungarian Empire with its imposing fortress.
