Welcome to Halifax .This is a newly renovated Big semi-Basement with private full bath. This house is located in Clayton park, a very safe and quiet community in Halifax. Around 20 minutes drive to Halifax's main city attractions. Just 2 km from home to Costco, international cuisine, variety of supermarkets and all kinds of shops. Convenient transportation. The residential community is relatively quiet, the house does not accept party, pets, smoke and smoke cannabis. The space The room features two queen size beds and a new refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle , Emergency fire blanket ,dining table set , hot and cold air conditioning, a fireplace, high-speed Wi-Fi. The bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand sanitizer . Hope to meet all your travel and living needs. Give you a five-star experience. Please note that we are a family living upstairs. We do our best to keep the noise to a minimum, but you may hear occasional noise from upstairs. Additionally, after entering from the garage, there is a set of step when you push open the white door—please be careful! Guest access Private whole semi-underground BED room and private full bath. Hosts may pass by the laundry room in the basement .Not including garage, Plz parked on the right driveway OR parked at the curb (No Thursday before 3pm) Please enter the garage using a combination lock from the right door of the garage and go through the garage to open another white door into your room. Please note that :Everything in the garage is personal. Please don't move them. thank you!
