There is plenty of seating in the family room, kitchen & dining room, perfect for hosting your group for a communal dinner, musical jam or game night. The space The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom, two twin beds in trundle style. There is a day bed in the main room to sleep your 5th guest. The space is one of two units in the house although the entrances are separate. Spa Bathroom: Custom hand laid stone and tile work greets you as you enter the bathroom, and includes foraged geodes cut into slabs which were discovered and brought home during a family trip in Eastern Oregon. A gold footed claw tub, rain shower head and shower wand complete the bathroom for a spa like experience. Amenities: Spa bathroom, large kitchen and family room, customizable lighting, park games, puzzles, bin of children’s toys and books, BBQ with outdoor picnic area, porch with sunrise views. University of Oregon - 1.5 miles Downtown Eugene - 1.5 miles Amazon bike path & running trails - .75 miles Willamette River bike trails - 2.5 miles Hult center - 1.6 miles LTD Bus access - .4 miles Guest access Upon arriving, the grassy lawn to the North of the house is open for walking, playing or picnicking and is owned by the local utility Eugene Water and Electric Board. Through the slider door from the main entry is the South deck that leads to the picnic area and outdoor space. Under the South deck you will find the recycling and landfill containers. Laundry machines are located down the stairs behind closet doors adjacent to the stairwell. Other things to note I will send the keypad code as your trip nears. This is a two unit property, and you will be staying in the main part of the house. I have friendly long term tenant with a separate entryway.
