Membership transfer required. - Membership includes access to the resort clubhouse amenities with additional cost for membership card paid upon arrival to HOA. - Golf membership transfer is NOT INCLUDED in this property. There is a pay-to-play basis that can be arranged directly at the clubhouse. - Clubhouse membership transfer is $150 cost covered by the owner required for access to the clubhouse and amenities. - Membership covers two adults in the same household address only.
