Parking: Two spots available in the garage, and two additional spots in the driveway Boat and Trailer Parking is allowed Dock: Dock is available to use (30 x 4 ) (Boat lift not available) BBQ: - There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. - While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. - Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. - BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged. Security Camera Disclosure: There are 4 exterior security cameras in total: two facing the road and two facing the canal No pets are allowed per owners health requirements, guests will be required to leave immediately- no refund.
