This dog-friendly home sits on a rare double city lot, offering peace, privacy, and room to unwind. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Cincinnati with easy highway access, the home is close to great restaurants, breweries, shopping, and parks. (Dogs only; no cats.) The space Hardwood floors throughout 1st floor, smart tv with Netflix access, dishwasher machine and a fully stocked kitchen including everything you could imagine; toaster, food processor, crock pot, etc. etc. And of course pots and pans, dishes, flatware and other kitchen utensils. You can also connect your device to the sound bar. Both bedrooms have closet space and we provide lots of extra towels and linens. We have a six foot privacy fence & a very secure yard so we are dog friendly. We provide dog crates (medium - large on special request), dog bowls and dog beds. If your pets habitually get on the furniture we will provide blankets to keep the furniture covered. No cats please. Access to the washer and dryer can be provided for stays longer than seven days upon request. We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, hot chocolate, tea, granola bars, some basic spices & baking supplies, condiments and oil and vinegar.
