A second shared bathroom is conveniently located next to the laundry room. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home except the lower balcony. Other things to note No parties, loud music, or gatherings of more than 8 people are allowed in the house. Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times. Any parties will result in immediate eviction. It is extremely important that all noise and music remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 10 PM. The neighbors are very sensitive, so guests must be mindful and respectful at all times. Complaints about loud music, entertaining guests, or excessive noise on the rooftop will not be tolerated. Any gatherings of more than 8 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and approved by the host before check-in. We may require a security deposit for some bookings. - No music after 10 PM - Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval from the host ($90 per day per pet) - Smoking is prohibited indoors (outdoor smoking is allowed) - $250 fine - $35 charge per towel for any stained or ruined towel - $35 charge per stained pillowcase - $200 charge for a stained duvet cover - $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning - Guests must be transparent and truthful when providing booking details. Any incorrect information may result in immediate eviction without a refund. - Non-compliance with these rules or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.
