This unit boasts luxurious amenities such as a plush king-size bed, two Queen-sized beds, a queen pull out sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, two bathrooms, 2 private balconies overlooking the ocean, access to 2 pools and a hot tub, and easy access to Ocean Annie's for additional entertainment. This unit was completely remodeled in early 2024 with beautiful coastal-themed furniture, new king-sized and queen mattresses, sofa/pull-out w/queen bed, fresh paint, new kitchen, two new full-baths (w/showers), and much, much more! As you step inside, be prepared to be enchanted by the tasteful and contemporary decor that complements the coastal ambiance. The open-concept layout creates a seamless flow from the fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and full-size refrigerator/freezer, to the stylish living and bedroom spaces. With a king bed in one room, and 2 queen beds in the other, a pullout sofa, dedicated workspace, and dining table/eat-in countertop, you will have all the space you need for a wonderful stay. To better enjoy your vacation, we provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels in the unit for your use. Floor-to-ceiling windows not only invite natural light but also showcase panoramic vistas of the pristine Myrtle Beach shoreline. Guest access You will have full, private access to your condo, with shared access to most of the resort amenities. Other things to note Sands charges $30.00/night plus tax for Resort Fees during the check-in process. We will assist you during check-in for a seamless experience. These Sands Resort Fees cover your garage parking, garbage collection, as well as some services that you can get at the Front Desk (beach towels, lockout assistance, emergency assistance, help with problem/noisy guests). The fees give you access to all amenities at Sands Ocean Club except the fitness room (privately owned).
