1 bedroom apartment (double bed), fully furnished (see photos), in front of the subway at Siqueira Campos station and 04 blocks from the beach in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro. Great location and cozy. Ideal for your vacation or to enjoy a holiday in the wonderful city. (Christmas/New Year's Eve and Carnival are differentiated values of closed packages, 5 nights, please consult me for values before booking). Please read the house rules, check-in and check-out carefully. The space If location is really important to you, this is the ideal apartment. It is just 4 blocks from the most beautiful beach in Rio de Janeiro: COPACABANA. You can get to the Maracanã stadium and sambadrome (Sapucaí) and samba schools through the subway that is in front of the apartment (just cross the street and you will be on the subway). There are also several buses that are available at the door to various locations. Right in front there is a gallery of antique shops, where there is the Teatro Net with several cool pieces, as well as a pharmacy, beauty salons, shops, supermarket and banks. In addition, on the same street there are several bike-Rio stations to pedal through Rio, several restaurants, stores and snack bars. The apartment is very comfortable, bright and airy. The kitchen has: refrigerator, microwave oven (no stove), electric kettle, dishes, cups, saucers, glasses, cutlery. The bedroom has a 32-inch PHILIPS LED television, a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, a large mirror next to the bed and another behind the door, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The living room has a glass-top table with four chairs, a sofa, TV rack (but no TV in the living room) and a ceiling fan. The only bathroom is an en-suite with a shower stall. Guest access access to the entire apartment. Other things to note The daily rate published on this site is only for periods that do not include Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival (for these special dates, please check the rate). Additional guests will not be admitted to the property, under penalty of cancellation and, for security reasons, in order to confirm the reservation, the 2 guests must provide the host with copies of their identity documents so that they are authorized at the building's entrance to enter the apartment. Only guests will be allowed to enter the apartment and must be properly identified.
