The space Our spacious, newly furnished stunning seaview flat in Prabhadevi is the perfect choice for your stay in Mumbai. It's a short ride away from Lower Parel, Bandra and Colaba. It's walkable 10 mins to Siddhivinayak Temple. *Living Room* The spacious living room has unobstructed seaviews and ample sunlight and ventilation. It has comfortable seating space and a dedicated dining area for our guests to enjoy their time in the apartment. There's a smart tv (guests will have to use their own log ins) and high speed wifi. The living room is fully air conditioned as well. There is a tastefully designed powder room as well for guest use. *Kitchen* The kitchen is spacious and equipped with modern amenities for guests to prepare their meals. Please note we don't provide any meals or raw materials, but if guests require we can arrange for raw material on actual basis. The kitchen has a microwave, gas burner, kettle, toaster, oven, two door fridge and basic pots and pans suitable for preparing meals. The kitchen has a second entrance which is the service entrance which is kept locked at all times. *Seaview Ensuite Master Bedroom* The large ensuite master bedroom has panoramic seaview. It has a walk in closet and spacious modern bathroom attached. the bedroom has a wardrobe, work desk, AC and comfortable double beds. the ensuite bathroom is spacious with a separate shower area and has modern amenities. *Siddhivinayak Temple View Bedroom* The second bedroom slightly smaller but has ample space with double bed, and wardrobe for storage, dressing area and a work desk. It's also equipped with a split AC and ceiling fan. this bedroom has direct views to the famous siddhivinayak temple. the ensuite bathroom is done up with a pop of colour and has a separate shower area as well. Guests have access to parking within the building premises. cleaning is provided daily between 9am to 1pm and needs to be coordinated with us a day in advance. Bed linens and towels are replaced every 3 days during your stay. please note this is a strictly residential areas and we have a no visitors/parties/smoking policy strictly no visitors allowed, the building security is very strict, we've to inform them before hand and only the approved number of guests will be allowed. request you to adhere to society rules. Guest access Entire flat and shared areas in the building. gym and pool are accessible to guests on chargeable basis at INR 500 per amenity per guest per day basis to be paid directly to supervisor at the premise. Other things to note Please note, this is a part of a 3BHK which is divided into 2 units - 2BHK and a studio, the access to the studio is from the second (smaller bedroom) is locked at all times making this a completely secure 2BHK. Both units have independent entries and exits.
