Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located location ,it is cozy small home perfectly designed for 2 people, i am sure you love the feeling of a hotel in an apartment with those cozy vibes, this is small one room kitchen property located at the heart of western suburbs in goregaon west where local station is 9 mins walking, NESCO(exhibition centre)is 10 mins by rickshaw , airport is 20 mins away , you have got all the facilities what a modern house requires in a cozy little place !!! The space This property has a living room which converts into bedroom by using a smart bed tech which is called murphy bed ( which is for 2 guests ,extra mattress will be provided for 3rd guest if needed on extra cost)followed by a modular kitchen equipped with basic necessities and a bathroom. Guest access It is an individual apartment entirely used by 2 guests . one extra guest can be accommodated for which i will provide an extra mattress with an extra cost. Other things to note Not many society or buildings are in favour of this airbnb or short rental concept , so to avoid this and make a great place to stay , if anyone asks you on the floor or at the lobby you can simply say that you are naveen’s friend ,that would be a great help, please inform this to other guest as well……thanks🙏🏻 (THIS IS JUST A PRECAUTION NOTHING TO WORRY AT ALL )
