The kitchen is well-stocked and equipped with everything needed for a home-cooked meal, including stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, utensils, condiments, serving dishes, a coffee maker, microwave, stovetop oven, dishwasher, and digital air fryer-toaster oven with rotisserie. All bathroom toiletries, including a hairdryer, and Radiant Bathroom Floor heating will be provided for cozy comfort. Please be aware that I have an outdoor security camera monitoring the entrance to the main front door and the hallway of my apartment building. During your stay You can contact us anytime via phone call or text, and we will reply to you within 1 hour during local daytime hours for urgent issues and within 12 hours for other messages. Other things to note No pets are allowed! No smoking! No shoes in the unit! No parties or events! No loud noise after 11pm Please respect the maximum number of guests during your stay. No exceptions! Any potential overnight visitors must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee. We try to keep our rental property as child-friendly as possible.
