House in the 1st block of downtown Tepoztlán. It has 4 bedrooms (each with a double bed) and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms are on the 1st floor. A living room and a refrigerator (ground floor). A terrace overlooking the hills and the center. We have a space to store your vehicles at no additional cost. (one block from the house). Very safe place and looked after by family. We know about respect and love for one's neighbor. The space The house is distributed on a ground floor, first floor and second floor. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen bar, a dining room with 8 chairs, an armchair, a TV, and a full bathroom. Going up the stairs to the first floor, there are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and a full bathroom. Going up the stairs to the 2nd floor, there is a bedroom with a queen size bed with a full bathroom and there is a terrace with a very beautiful view of the hill. It is a house with very large spaces, and it is located very close to downtown and the main avenue that goes to Cerro del Tepozteco. It has Wi-Fi. There is no parking at the address, but one block away we safely park the cars and you can easily take the cars out as many times as you need. This little house was our home for 50 years, so it is full of love, family work, and a lot of peace. We now live nearby, so we can promptly address any contingencies or concerns. It has a solar heater (We love nature) but we also have a gas boiler as an emergency service. Guest access It is important to mention that if some of the members who rented the house have a mobility issue (use of a wheelchair) or difficulty or limitation in climbing stairs, it is honest of us to mention that we are not an option.
