The space The living room is on the ground floor and has a spacious sofa, cozy dining table and a smart TV and WiFi. In the living room there is a kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, a combi oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle. In short, everything is available to prepare a delicious meal/breakfast that you can enjoy at your dining table or outside on the private terrace. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor and has a rain shower, spacious sink, and a toilet. Via the spacious staircase, you reach the 1st floor where you will find a box spring bed of 1.80 cm wide and 210 cm long. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a storage cabinet, and a workspace. Blackout curtains are also there to sleep comfortably. If there are guests with a bicycle, they could be placed in the courtyard in consultation with the host. Please note Smoking is NOT allowed inside.
