Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms overlooking the lake, all with King beds. One of them has a daybed for extra sleeping space for kids. A 3rd upstiars Bedroom has two queen beds/full bed, and a 98” TV perfect for kids' movie nights! New bathroom and 2nd laundry added upstairs. Downstairs is a master BR (King) and large living room/den area with a complete gameroom and couch/TV (NFL Blitz/NBA Jam/Golden Tee/Pacman). Newly added 1/2 bath off gameroom. Large Covered porch with seating/Pool Table/Darts overlooking Lake Murray with a Pool and Hot Tub! Outside is a pool, hot tub, Brand new dock, firepit, beach area with Adirondack chairs, and brand new playset with seating around. Outdoor pool shed with an additional 1/2 bath. The Pool has an optional safety fence that can be installed for families with young kids prior to your stay. The pool can also be heated for your stay, for an extra charge (Winter months excluded). Boat/jetski/Inflatable rental company next door with free delivery and setup. How convenient! Neighbors run a boat/jetski/water activity rental service with free delivery and setup! No affiliation between us and the rental company. Pet fee applies if $150/pet/stay. Maximum 3 pets. No parties or events of any kind allows. Security cameras on site and are on and recording at all times. These are exterior only and located at the front porch, sides, and back of the property. They do cover the covered porch, pool/hot tub area, plasyet area, and beach/lake area for safety reasons.
