The Suite Tart is completely renovated top to bottom and is very walkable, located just a couple blocks South of the Atlanta Beltline and The Beacon - which has various restaurants, bars and entertainment - No UBER needed! STRL-2022-00130 The space The Suite Peach was completely renovated, designed in 2021 and furnished in 2024 with a 5 Star short term stay experience in mind. *Please note the sleeping arrangements: Bed 1 - 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) Bed 2 - 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) Living room - 1 sofa and/or a blow up mattress (sleeps 2) Living Space Lounge in the large and airy comfortable living room while enjoying TV with wifi so you can watch your favorite streaming services. Kitchen This kitchen is stocked with various spices, utensils, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans; everything one would need to fully utilize the kitchen and make a home cooked meal. Full size side by side fridge and freezer with icemaker and water dispenser in the door. Keurig coffee maker with K cups and tea is provided for all guests. Bedrooms Each bedroom is beautifully furnished with comfortable mattresses and plenty of closet space and hangers to store clothes for longer stays. Parking Free street parking in front of the house. *Pet Fee: $85/dog per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed per stay. Dogs must be house trained and well behaved. Please notify host if there will be any pets at the house. *Please be aware that this suite is the upper unit of a duplex, meaning it is a separate unit with its own private entrance and separate utilities, its own central heating, air conditioning, washer dryer, etc. There may be some noise transfer between units so please be mindful of noise after quiet hours. The huge private backyard is accessible by deck stairs and features a firepit. Guest access Guests can access the front porch, front yard, and backyard.
