The location is excellent, you will be 20 meters from the LA PRADERA station of the Quito Metro, ideal for getting around the entire city. The studio includes a fully equipped kitchen and a mini dining room, full bathroom and bedroom area with TV. Guest access You will have access to the communal terrace, communal washing and drying area, hallway, steps, garbage room, parking lot and entrances.
