The space is completely set up and comes with everything you need: Smart TV, Wi-Fi, towels/linens/blankets/pillows, cooking supplies, soap/shampoo/conditioner, & Smart lock for self check in. *Must not live locally to rent The space This private studio is located on Lundy's Lane surrounded by shopping, dining and entertainment. The space is part of a quiet family friendly apartment building and is best suited for couples, friends and Families. The Rose-All-Day studio is a 9 minute drive to Niagara Falls, Clifton Hill, The OLG Stage and Casino. We are walking distance to the Canada One Outlet Mall and a 1-2 minute drive to the Americana Waterpark & Resort. We have added a 2nd bed to the space so that couples, friends or families can all stay comfortably, 1 full bathroom, a newly renovated kitchenette and a small sitting area. Wi-Fi, Smart TV,. Cable and FREE parking are all included with the stay. Sleeping: 2 Queen Beds (Pillows/blankets/sheets/towels/and toiletries all included) Dining: Kitchenette fully equipped with appliances: Keurig + coffee, induction stovetop, microwave, full-size fridge, plates/glasses/cutlery, kettle and toaster. -Dining table with 2 chairs -Induction Pots and Pans included for cooking -I supply some basic cooking essentials to get you started but please come prepared with your own oil, spices, sugars etc. if you plan to cook a lot.
