The garage is off limits Other things to note 🤫Quiet hours •Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during our Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM 🍔BBQ •Please clean the barbeque using the brush provided after use. •Close the propane tank valve when finished and notify us when the tank is empty 🚫No smoking inside → $500 fine for violations (ashtrays provided outdoors) 🏊‍♂️Pool closes end of September, reopens mid-May 💧Home uses well water (safe, but may have a mild odor) ♻️Garbage & recycling must be separated (bags provided) 🗑️Garbage Policy: Guests are permitted 1 bag of garbage and 1 bag of recycling per stay. Any additional bags will incur a $10 fee per bag. 🔥Firepit •Bring your own firewood. •Before starting a fire, please check the city’s website for any fire bans or restrictions in effect. •Never leave a fire unattended, and ensure it is fully out before going to bed for the night. 🌊Hot tub & pool may require servicing during your stay Lawn is maintained weekly (weather dependent) 🐸This property is surrounded by farmland.
