Guest access Guests have full access to the property, except the rear and side storage sheds which are locked and not for guests. The games room is at the front of the main shed has all the sporting equipment including 3 full golf club sets for use. We would love you to have fun with your friends and family - get off your devices and make some memories. We request though, that you supervise children in the games room and do not allow them to sit on the tennis net. This is only to reduce breakage of the sporting equipment. The pantry has some stock in it for you to use and we welcome you to leave your favourite recipe behind in the kitchen recipe book! Golf Club - If you have a large group and would like to play golf, let us know and we may be able to have the golf clubhouse open for you to enjoy some bar beverages! The daily play rate on the golf course is only $10 per player, with an honestly system and card collection area at the clubhouse. Other things to note Should the hot water go down, it means that the power has gone out. The reset panel is located in the kitchen on the right-hand side of the wall facing the window. There is a 10c bottle & can collection bin in the back yard near the driveway, so please only leave these items in that bin. If you would like these items, feel free to take them (just not the bin!).
