Located in the private, upscale, and timelessly beautiful “Cup of Gold” neighborhood in Sedona Arizona, where the view is stunning throughout the year. Here at Red Rock Rise, you are in the perfect place to walk down to the Red Rock State Park and hiking trails. It’s a five-minute drive to the Sedona city limits, a one-hour drive to Flagstaff, or a two-hour drive to the Grand Canyon National Park or from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Red Rock Rise itself is its own world attraction - you don't have to go anywhere to enjoy its beauty. In fact, many guests prefer to spend their days relaxing on the front patio, tuned into the peaceful aspects of the natural surroundings - perched above the Oak Creek valley with famous Cathedral Rock in the distance. Red Rock Rise was built by a craftsman - custom cabinetry and close attention to detail are apparent throughout the entire home. You will enjoy gorgeous hardwood floors throughout and ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. Quality mattresses in the primary and guest bedrooms coupled with the quiet surroundings create tranquility for a blissful and restful sleep! Giant walk-in shower in the primary bathroom creates a spa setting for a luxurious experience. Adjacent to the primary bedroom is a dedicated office space with an inkjet printer for your convenience. You’ll find a kitchen with all the amenities you will need to prepare meals indoors as well as a propane gas barbeque on the large rear patio for your outside cooking delight. Guest access The house has 3 levels - garage level, mezzanine level and upper level. Guest access is to the garage and upper-level living quarters comprising 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Guests may use the drive-thru garage however no garage door opener will be provided. Garage door can be opened upon entry into the garage by entering through the door on the ground level using the digital door lock. From the garage level, guests use the interior staircase to access the upper level. No guest entry into mezzanine level. Guests may use the front and rear decks. Other things to note RED ROCK RISE DISCLAIMER As a visitor to Red Rock Rise, LLC, you assume responsibility of your health, safety and well-being. Regarding the stairs and steps: The main living area of the home is only accessed by interior steps from the garage to the main floor or outside steps from either the north or south side of the house. Notice: there are variations in levels in the Great Room. The homeowner is responsible for the upkeep of these areas. Special precautions have been made with the installation of motion-activated lighting inside and outside as well as safety strips within the elevation changes on the main level of the house. However, your safety is your ultimate responsibility. Regarding the driveway: The concrete driveway on the south side of the house is steep; and some small rocks may be present on it. On the north side of the house, there is a red rock gravel driveway. Please take special care when walking on either of these driveways. Regarding our high desert environment: This high desert/mountain area is visited by many animals such as deer, javelina, coyote, bobcat traveling down to Oak Creek. The region is also prone to mice, packrats, lizards, snakes, spiders and scorpions. The property has monthly insecticide treatments to avoid any harm from these desert inhabitants. Please be aware and proceed with caution. The homeowner is not responsible for any injury that may occur. You assume all risks to use the property. A note to guests: We are completely devoted to the health of the area’s ecosystem. As a visitor to Red Rock Rise, please be aware of a sensitivity to resource usage. We kindly ask that you conserve resources as much as possible. Please be aware of water, gas & electricity: lights, heating, cooling, laundry, electronics; paper goods (paper towels and toilet paper); waste generation (most packaged goods can be recycled) and fragile septic system (please only flush toilet paper down the toilets and only food waste in the garbage disposal – no grease). It is OK to put your recyclables along with your trash in the trash bin as our trash company sorts through the recyclables at their plant. Thank you for considering our precious ecosystem.
