We completely refurbished this 1958 duplex to showcase the original, refinished hardwood floors, and gorgeous custom cabinetry and new bathrooms, then filled it with an eclectic blend of genuine mid mod furnishings, and fresh linens. Once you’re here, you won’t want to leave! The space Restful Mid-Mod has a thoughtfully furnished living area with 65” smart Tv and comfortable seating. The bedrooms are cozy and cater to a good night’s sleep. Extra blanket, first aid kit, lint roller, and tissues can be found in the hall closet. Feel free to do some laundry on us. We’ve provided you with laundry detergent for 2 loads, along with an iron and ironing board. Extra closet space for your hanging items is available in the living room coat closet near the front door. The kitchen is well-appointed with oil & vinegar, spices and utensils, so whip up something delicious while you’re here. We’ve left some coffee, creamer and sugar to get you started, but there are grocery stores very nearby, along with Starbucks and Tasteful Beans downtown! We know you are going to love your stay, and we hope you will come back! Guest access You will have the entire unit to yourself. The only potentially “shared” space is the back patio, which is divided into two semi private, outdoor dining areas. Other things to note There is a small, private front porch for enjoying morning coffee or an evening chat. The relaxing patio out back is illuminated with cafe lights that come on automatically each evening, and is divided into two semi private areas, so you may actually meet your neighbors if the adjacent unit is occupied during your stay.
