Your Mehamanu room is designed to provide the comfort you need, with plenty of room to rest after a day of exploring the Marquesas Islands. Services Included: Free Wifi: Stay connected with our wifi connection available throughout the property. Toilet Spacious Terrace: Relax and enjoy the fresh air on our large terrace. We also have a smoking area on the terrace. Large Garden: Also take advantage of our garden to relax and which adds a touch of color to the environment of your property. Taxi Service: We can facilitate your arrival at our accommodation by helping you book a taxi: 5000 Fcp (€42) A/R per person. Tips and Reservations: We are here to help you and advise you on the choice of the different services present on the island, we always try to accompany you as best as possible according to your desires, we offer you the best activities on the island. However, I do not make a direct service reservation, but I can provide you with the contact information of the different service providers. I also want to inform my clients that I am not responsible for the quality of the services provided by the service providers which may vary, in particular, depending on the weather. Your Mehamanu room is designed to provide the necessary comfort with plenty of space to rest after a day of exploring the Marquesas Islands. Additional Services (Additional Fees): Breakfast: Start your day off right with my delicious breakfast, to be booked at least 1 day before and may not be available. Air conditioner: Possibility of having an A/C in exchange for an additional fee of 9 euros/day (1000 XPF/day) to be paid on site. Rent a Car: I can connect you with the best service providers on the island for car rental at great prices. These services can be booked by exchange, email, message, or directly on site to facilitate your stay in Mehemanu. Where is Chez Mel located? The Chez Mel furnished tourist rental is located in the heart of the village of the main bay of Taiohae. A shop is a 6 min walk away, the bakery is 15 min away as well as the center of the village. The nearest beach is also 15 min away and the Temehea cultural site is 10 min from the accommodation. Please feel free to send me a message for more information. Guest access Access to the Common Parties: You will have access to the following common areas: - The toilet - The terrace - Garden Please note that the kitchen is a private area due to the necessary hygiene measures for preparing meals. You will have the pleasure of discovering the stories that surround this beautiful place and take a hike after landing by boat on the beach, about 2 hours out and 2 hours back to then have a meal with the locals living in this secluded valley. Anaho Bay Discovery: Go on foot or by boat to discover the beautiful Anaho Bay and its white sand beach.
