Private room in a shared home.
Description
The house is spacious and comfortable, with a pleasant and quiet atmosphere. You can have your privacy and also the opportunity to meet people and share. It's fully equipped to make you feel at home. In winter the house is heated with heaters and during the summer each room has air conditioning. In the kitchen there is a water purifier, so the drinking water is of the highest quality. Have a nice experience in Cordoba <3 The space Valentino and Melina live in the house, who will welcome you when you arrive and will be available if you have any questions or need anything during your stay. We host Airbnb guests in the other rooms. You'll find a good balance between feeling at home with local people and being able to interact with people from other parts of the world. The house has a spacious and bright living room with a balcony. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. There are two full bathrooms to share. It has a large terrace with many plants and views of the mountains. You can see wonderful sunsets! Guest access Guests can access all common areas of the house and use all the amenities we have. Smoking is allowed on the balcony and terrace. During your stay I don't currently live in Cordoba, but Valen and Meli are in the house and host. They are young, study architecture and work, and are very sociable :) I am always available via Airbnb or WA. Other things to note Ideal for students due to its proximity to the National University of Córdoba and the UTN. The house is ten blocks from the cultural area of Güemes and downtown. We are also close to the Private Hospital. In addition, 100m away there is a bus stop to go to the mountains (Paravachasca and Calamuchita Valleys). It has extensive public transportation connections. There are warehouses open 24 hours a day, as well as bakeries, pharmacies, wine shops, butchers, photocopiers, etc.
