Beautiful beachfront apartment, on Santinho Beach in Florianópolis, with 3 bedrooms, one being a suite (King Size bed) and 2 bedrooms (one TV and air-conditioning in each bedroom, plus the living room) and a large balcony with a barbecue area. Fully furnished in very good taste. We offer a lot of comfort, a barbecue area, swimming pool, fitness center, gourmet kitchen, game room, movie room, beach and restaurant services (not included in the daily rate) and, during the season, supervision for children. Other things to note ATTENTION: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the rules for using the Condominium's common areas are subject to Municipal Decrees that are constantly changed according to the local situation. At the present time, the areas can be used by scheduling with the administration, per unit and according to availability.
