The space Oceanfront Stay with Sunset Views – Studios & Suites Wake up to breathtaking ocean views, enjoy spectacular sunsets from your private terrace or balcony and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Our small-scale complex features just 8 accommodations in a two-story building, each designed for comfort and convenience with a kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and sea view. Accommodation options: • Studio (35 m²) – Ground floor Open-plan living with a Murphy queen-size bed that folds away to maximize space. Perfect for solo travelers or couples. • Junior Suite (35 m²) – Ground floor (outer units) Cozy sitting area and separate bedroom with queen-size bed. Ideal for two guests wanting a bit more privacy. • Senior Suite (42 m²) – Upper floor Spacious layout with separate bedroom (queen bed) for privacy and living room with queen-size sofa bed for 2 additional guests. Accommodates up to four guests. Other things to note Things to Consider Before Booking: (STAIR) ACCESS & SAFETY • Ground-floor accommodations (Studio & Junior Suite) have direct access from the parking lot; no stairs required. • Upper-floor accommodations (Senior Suite) are reached via a broad, sturdy wooden staircase on the south (left) side of the building. • Pool access is available via a brick staircase or ramp on the ocean-facing side of the property. • Our property sits on a cliff, and sea access is via a concrete staircase, wooden staircase, and drop-down ladder that requires maneuvering around rocks. These access points may not be suitable for small children or inexperienced swimmers. ELECTRICITY • We operate on 220V European-style round outlets. • USB and Type-C sockets are limited. Please bring your own adapters or transformers if your devices require a different voltage or plug type. SUSTAINABILITY & ENERGY USE • Our lodge is 100% solar-powered. To ensure a stay with a low imprint, we ask guests to use air conditioning and appliances mindfully, especially at night or during cloudy weather. NON-SMOKING POLICY • The entire building is constructed from hardwood and smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property for safety reasons. NOISE CONSIDERATION • Our accommodations are built with wooden structures and shutter-style windows to allow natural sea breeze. Sound can carry more easily, so we ask guests to be mindful of noise. • We are situated between two neighboring properties (one is also a vacation rental), and occasional noise from neighbors is possible and beyond our control. PARKING & SECURITY • Open roadside parking is available for registered guests on a first-come, first-served basis (one car per accommodation). • Parking is at your own risk. We recommend locking your vehicle and not leaving valuables inside, as you would anywhere. WI-FI • Free Wi-Fi is provided, but speed and stability may vary depending on usage and network conditions.
