This includes a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee maker (including capsules for the first coffees), kettle with large tea selection, toaster, cookware with knife block, oven, stove, fridge with large freezer compartment, dishwasher and all kitchen basics. Of course, hotel-quality cooking linens and two towels are included for each guest. Shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer are also available. The apartment also includes a new washing machine incl. Detergent is available free of charge. A clothes rack, iron and ironing board are also on site. Fast Wi-Fi (100 Mbit/s) is available for working and streaming. A desk in the bedroom also allows undisturbed work. A smart TV with all streaming providers (NETFLIX included) promises exciting movie evenings🍿. Alternatively, some board games are available for an evening together. Right in front of the house there are parking spaces for one to three cars that are available for the apartment. The apartment offers both a private balcony and a shared playground behind the house. For bicycle travelers, there is a covered bicycle parking space. Other things to note Important: The upper floor in the loft bed is only suitable for children or light adults. Please let us know when booking if you prefer to use the sofa bed instead of the bunk bed. The sofa bed is very comfortable and has comfortable double bed dimensions (140 × 200).
