Please notify us before arrival if you plan to bring a pet — this allows us to schedule the appropriate cleaning to ensure the home is safe for future guests, especially those with allergies. ⸻ ❗️HOUSE RULES • Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 9 AM Please keep all outdoor activities, (including hibachi services/ food catering), to a minimum after 9:00 PM to respect neighborhood quiet hours and avoid potential noise complaints. • No unregistered or overnight guests • No hosting parties/events ✨ We love hosting families and friends, and we welcome regular stays during your celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, or special get-togethers). However, please note that parties and events are not permitted at our home. This helps us maintain a comfortable environment for all guests and remain respectful of our neighbors. • No smoking (inside or outside) — $1000 fee if violated • No shoes inside • No mail/packages (Doordash/groceries are welcomed) • No furniture rearranging • No unplugging electronics or tampering with devices • Do not adjust pool equipment — damage fee will applied • Never leave the firepit unattended • Do not use the garage door for property access – it is a game room only. We have driveway and street parking available! ⸻ Violation of house rules may result in cancellation without refund! Guest access 👉🏻We provide our guests with contactless self check-in with access to the entire house. 👉🏻There is parking on the driveway with plenty of street parking. 👍🏻We prioritize excellent service and guest services. Other things to note 🔥 POOL & JACUZZI • Pool heating requires 24 hours’ notice and an additional fee • Jacuzzi can be heated with just 15 minutes’ notice (additional fee applies) ‼️Jacuzzi Usage Cut Off Time is 11PM‼️ - 🌡️Thermostat Use To avoid overworking the central heating system and prevent potential damage, please do not set the thermostat above 75°F. Recommended range: 68–75°F for comfort and efficiency. Excessive heating can cause the system to overheat or draw too much power, which may result in service interruptions. Additional Fee will applied if damaged during stay. ⸻ 👨🏻‍🔬 POOL MAINTENANCE • Our pool technician visits every Wednesdays between 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM • His visit lasts approximately 15 minutes and will not interfere with your stay ⸻ 🐶🐾 PET POLICY • Pets are welcome with an additional fee • All pets must be approved in advance. Please notify us before arrival if you plan to bring a pet — this allows us to schedule the appropriate cleaning to ensure the home is safe for future guests, especially those with allergies. ⸻ 👨🏻‍🌾 GARDEN MAINTENANCE • Our gardener visits every Friday before 12:00 PM • He enters through the side gate and works quickly in the front & back yards • His visit is brief and will not interfere with your stay ⸻ ❌ RESTRICTED AREAS • There are two locked storage sheds in the backyard — these are not accessible to guests • RV vehicle on property is OFF-LIMITS ⸻ ❌ Garage Door The garage is a game room and not for parking. Please do not open the garage door or use the opener. Doing so may cause damage and is a safety risk.
