Noise complaints or involvement of local authorities may result in cancellation without refund (Our home is a great place for your group to stay during celebrations like birthdays or anniversaries. However, parties and events are not allowed on the property.) • Do not use the garage door for property access – the garage is the game room only • No shoes inside the house • Never leave the fire pit unattended – must be turned off when not in use • Do not tamper with pool equipment – $1,000 damage fee will apply •Please keep all drinks out of the pool and hot tub. An additional cleaning/service fee will apply if the water is found dirty or contaminated. ⸻ ⚠️ Violation of house rules may result in cancellation without refund.
