To keep our base rate affordable for everyone, the AC in the living room, dining area, and kitchen is not included in the standard rate, as some guests prefer natural ventilation. If you’d like the entire house fully air-conditioned, we can activate the extra units as an optional add-on for ₱600 per night, payable upon arrival. Pet Policy Pets are welcome 🐾 A one-time pet fee of ₱400 per pet for the entire stay applies. If you’re not yet sure whether you’ll be bringing a pet, you may inform us later or settle the fee upon arrival. Extra Guest Fee: For groups exceeding the DECLARED number of guests, an additional ₱500 per guest per night applies. ✔️ If you already entered the correct number of guests during booking, the fee is automatically included in your rate. ✔️ If the final headcount is not yet confirmed, the extra guest fee may be settled upon arrival.
