Adorable cottage, great location!

Our bright cozy guest cottage in Arundel has a quaint private deck, on a .30 acre property lined with tall pines and oaks that back onto grassy fields. This unique place has a style all its own. DISCOUNTS: Save 10% on 7 night stays 20% on monthly stays It is conveniently located 1 mile from Kennebunk shops, 4 miles from the Kennebunkport and Dock Square, and 5 miles from Gooch’s beach. The space Our bright open concept 640 sq. ft. guest cottage in Arundel has two bedrooms. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1- has a full/double bed, large closet, glass side table and plenty of drawer space around the bedframe. Bedroom 2- has a queen bed, deep closet, side tables and full dresser. BATHROOM: There is a full tiled bathroom with a deep spa soaker tub and shower, inclusive. The shower is European style. There is no curtain, but has back tiled wall for the containment of water. EXTRA AMMENITIES: Behind the picture of the cute puppy in the bathroom is plenty of storage for toiletries, ( door opens from the left) where you can find other amenities ie: toilet paper, extra towels, first aid kit, beach towels, and spare bath mats. There are extra bath mats should some water splash the floor. Please watch your step. The tub has protective adhesives and there is an extra non-slip protective tub mat for your safety. Please use whatever you need. WASHER: Also located in the opposite bathroom closet, there is a stacked washer. Please use dryer only if necessary in summer. CLOTHES LINE: Outside in the backyard, to the right, you will find a line for hanging clothes and for drying wet beach towels with clothes pins available in basket on top of washing machine. We appreciate your mindfulness of conserving energy, hang drying also gives everything that wonderful fresh air smell. DECK AND FIRE PIT: There is a spacious deck with a dining area with 4 chairs, cushions and an outdoor fire pit. Please be mindful of your fires and keep them small as the pit is not far from the building next door. *Please extinguish all fires completely with the watering can before turning in for the night. KITCHEN: We offer a well-appointed kitchen with a sharp knives, pots and pans, coffee maker, milk foamer, microwave, fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, toaster, cleaning supplies and basic cooking essentials. ie, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, loose leaf tea and sugar. WELL WATER: Our property utilizes a well that we both share. It is checked for purity, and is fresh, drinkable, and makes delicious coffee and tea TV’S: There is a TV in the living room. It comes with Hulu, Netflix and Apple TV streaming sites that you can sign into with your own accounts. * Note there is No cable TV at this property. Don’t forget to sign out of your accounts before you check out. LOCATION: We are 5 miles from Gooch’s beach. There is a loaner beach pass for Gooch’s, Middle and Mother’s beaches available during your stay, saving you time and money. PARKING PASS: Please return the beach parking pass at the end of your stay for the next guest. Guest access The cottage is your space to relax and enjoy. There is parking in the 1st half loop of the driveway (closest to the cottage) in front of the visitor’s parking sign. Please be mindful of not blocking the adjacent driveway. The main cottage, backyard, deck and fire pit are your spaces. Other things to note Please Mind Your Step. Our cottage property has an old stone path leading to the front door, and two small step downs toward the back bedroom and in the bathroom. It is always prudent to mind your step. We have posted signs to remind you. WELL WATER: Our property utilizes a well that we both share. It is checked for purity, and is fresh, drinkable, and makes delicious coffee and tea. We sometimes require access to the basement, but it has a separate outdoor entrance, and only as required. We live in the white house on the property but respect your privacy.
