The space The space is a large one bedroom unit with a patio with barbecue and tablesettings to relax outside in the beautiful Melbourne summer. The living and lounge room are large and spacious with lots of light available. The bathroom is big enough for two people and also has a washer dryer in there. It is very close to the park and walking distance to Saint Kilda Chapel Street, even the CBD. Public transport is two minutes walk. Guest access Guest access is through a lockbox. Other things to note The swimming pool and Jim upstairs on the 17th floor are spectacular. Even if you’re not going in the pool or going to the gym you should definitely get up there to have a look at the view.
