Charming house with pool 1 hour from Paris

1 hour from Paris, a completely renovated house in a peaceful setting in the heart of a small village of Eure et Loir. Designed for 4 adults and 4 children, it has 2 double bedrooms with king size beds, and a dormitory in the attic for children with 4 single beds. Enjoying a beautiful landscaped garden and swimming pool, it is ideal for a stay combining comfort and nature. The space The accommodation is part of a property with two houses. Only this one is offered for rent. The other house is occasionally occupied by our family on weekends. The large garden is shared between the two houses, as well as the swimming pool (unheated) which is open from the beginning of June to the end of September. It is fully secured by a fence. On the ground floor of the house, a large kitchen area, dining room, living room, as well as a shower room with toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with king size bed (200 cm) and a bathroom with large Italian shower and toilet. On the 2nd floor, a dormitory in the attic with 4 single beds. Reserved for children only because of low ceiling height. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Late check-out included (until 6 p.m.) for short stays with departure on Sunday. Access to a grocery store and a tobacco bar 50 meters away.
