Beautiful country walks on the Greensands Way. The space This delightful three-bedroom cottage has been thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll find everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay, including: Comfortable Living Area: The living room features soft lighting, a warm wood burner, big sofas and an inviting ambiance. Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is equiped with all the essentials, with an oven, hob, fridge, and all the utensils you'll need. Charming Bedrooms: Our three cozy bedrooms are perfect for a restful night’s sleep, featuring 1 super king size bed and 2 double beds, fresh linens, and a homely feel. Private Garden: Enjoy a peaceful moment in the private enclosed garden, perfect for pets and ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine in the tub! Enjoy the big sky, big views, no streetlights and no noise. Guests have access to an electric charging point on the property which will charge at 7kW between 1230-0530 with our compliments. (bring your cable!) Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and garden. The out-building and locked garage are not available for guests to access. Upon request, the work from home office can be used. This is generally for guests staying for longer stays during the week. Other things to note Location: Hunton is a picturesque village located just a short drive from Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells, making it a great base for exploring the local area. Wander through the tranquil countryside with the famous Greensand Way path on your doorstep, take a leisurely walk along the nearby pub, visit one of the award winning local vineyards (Chapel Down, Balfour and Mereworth all a short drive away), or visit historic and national trust sites like Leeds Castle, Sissinghurst Castle, Penshurst Place and the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Marden Train station is less than ten minute drive and offers travel to london in under an hour. The Channel Tunnel (Le Shuttle) is under an hour by car. River Beault and River Medway are walking distance. With a good hire spot for paddleboards and canoes availabe for hire at Wateringbury Lock.
