The space Located in a peaceful neighbourhood in Siolim, this house features a beautifully done up room and bathroom with an artistic vibe. Situated right next to Chapora river, you can enjoy the sunset and views from the balconies which stream natural sunlight to light up the living area. There is also a very spacious living room which opens up into the kitchen and has 2 balconies for plenty of natural light to come in. This is the best part of the house! The living room has an AC too. You'll have a kitchen where you can prepare basic meals: it has all the appliances like an induction stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans. The kitchen also has an RO Water Filter. You will be provided with all the basic necessities like Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and cutlery. An inverter which can power the house for upto 3 hours is also available in case of power outages. Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler parking is available at the premises. Please Note : Due to fire hazard and safety concerns, there is no Gas Stove or utensils like cookers etc. required for heavy cooking. In our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only once in 3 nights and cleaning of the rooms is done once in 2 days. The house is on the first floor and there is NO LIFT in the building. It's not difficult to get up at all. However, this could be an inconvenience to some guests so please consider this before booking. I would personally love to make your stay as pleasant as possible . Other things to note Please treat this home with love and respect, like you would treat your own home.
