In the House rules you will also find out the specifications of the cash security deposit requested at check-in, the additional cash security deposit for Pets, and the Pets Cleaning Fee (in case you are planning to come with your 4-legged Friend). Transfers Please inform us if you need transfers from/to Ngurah Rai Airport. We will arrange it conveniently for you with a trusted professional driver, who will come and pick you up at the airport (and back on departure day). If you arrive early or need a late departure, feel free to enquire if we can accommodate your request. - Occupancy: Our spacious villa accommodates 6 people in three large bedroom units (two with double beds and one with two single beds). - Pets: The property may accommodate your "4-legged friends" (cats or dogs) up to 25 kg for dogs and up to 3 kg for cats, for Free. It is advisable to contact us in advance for more details. - Quiet Hours: To keep the peace, please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. - Prohibited Items: We have a strict no-drug policy. - Smoking: Our property is smoke-free indoors. A deep cleaning fee of IDR 2 million will be charged for any violations. Outdoor smoking is however allowed in the garden area and in the large terrace on the first floor. - No Parties/Events: We kindly ask that you don’t host parties or events. - Electricity: For stays under 30 nights, electricity is included.
