The living room has a sectional seating couch, Samsung Apple TV, wood-burning fireplace (wood not provided), free Wi-Fi (421 Mbps), central heating, no A/C (room fans for summer use) and full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room (where you will find the hot tub towels). One full bathroom (standing shower) and laundry room (New Washer and Dryer). The upper floor has a primary bedroom with a king bed, dresser, love seat, armoire and Smart TV. The second bedroom upstairs has a twin-over-queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk beds, dresser, armoire and Smart TV. The upstairs bathroom also has a standing shower. Located in scenic Kings Beach, this home is minutes from Lake Tahoe’s crystal-clear waters and sandy shores.
