The space This beautiful midcentury modern home is located on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood and just one mile from the lively downtown Denton square and within walking distance of Natural Grocers and La Azteca supermarket. The large home is divided into 2 listings with a centrally located shared kitchen. The lovely backyard with a firepit is shared as well. Your private suite includes your bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, office, and a sunroom. This serene retreat is the ideal home base for your local adventures or a productive work trip! Guest access The kitchen is centrally located and is the divider between this listing and the other listing. The other listing may or may not have a reservation during your stay. The shared back yard can be accessed out the sliding door at the rear of the kitchen or out the back door of the sunroom, which is through the laundry room. You will have your own private bedroom, private full bathroom, private office, and private sunroom. During your stay We interact with guests as much as the guest likes. We respect your privacy, but are available for anything you need at any time of the day or night. We've hosted folks all over the spectrum and have gotten along swimmingly with each one. Other things to note Exchanging contact information before booking is against AirBnb policy. If you would like to speak over the phone before booking, I will do so through my contact at Airbnb. We do not consider reservations from accounts with no photo or ID verification. Accounts with incomplete profiles will be considered, but are typically not accepted. This is a shared family home. I repeat, this is a shared family home. We cook and clean regularly, but we often have guests who play music or have children who play outside, so please expect normal activity during the day and quiet time at night during the week. Our dog roams around the house, so please keep your door closed, or she will come make herself at home in your room :). Please make a special request at the time of your booking for any of the following amenities at no extra charge (requests made after booking cannot be guaranteed): - Humidifier - White noise machine (highly recommended, as we have wood floors in our home and sound travels) - Extra towels/washcloths (1 per person per trip) - Extra blankets (comes with sheet, blanket and down comforter) - Anything else you wish to have that is not mentioned in the listing 2 queen-sized air mattresses available on request for up to 6 guests total (must be arranged prior to arrival; all guests not listed in booking must obtain approval from host).
