To get to our accommodation, walk up Callejón from the main street with approximately 50 steps and 150 meters of travel. The space Enjoy this colonial-style house with 4 bedrooms, where 3 have a private bathroom inside the room and one has a private bathroom in front of it. The house offers 7 double beds and 3 single beds. The master bedroom has 2 balconies overlooking the alley, famous for the Callejoneada route. Three bedrooms have panoramic views. Relax on the cozy terrace with a pergola and the best views of the city, with the University of Guanajuato right across the street. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a double-height ceiling, ideal for pleasant moments in company. It also has a fully stocked kitchen to prepare your breakfasts before exploring the city. We only have restricted access to the roof where our internal laundry center, heaters and water tanks are located. Other things to note Our house is located in one of the most important pedestrian alleys in the city with incredible panoramic views of the historic center. Because of this, the only way to get to the house is by walking up the alley. The climb involves a 120-meter journey from the nearest point a car can reach. Approximately 40-50 steps must be climbed through the alley to reach the door of the house. Because of this, our accommodation could pose an accessibility difficulty for some people such as: older adults, people with mobility difficulties due to an injury or motor disability, families with babies. We recommend traveling with light luggage and preferably a backpack for smooth check-ins. We also suggest not bringing strollers or wheelchairs. The Guanajuato student will arrive at the doors of the house where every night you can receive the unique experience of having a serenade at the foot of the terrace. However, it is important to consider the noise generated by the student group, which consists of live music and stories told by the members of the student group to encourage the tourists who accompany them on the tour. The student group's hours are from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM every day of the year, and the frequency in which they pass will depend on the number of tourists at the destination. Given these details, it is entirely our guests' responsibility to consider whether our space is suitable for their group members.
