Just 1.5 miles from the Kingston ferry, this house is great for summer family reunions with kids and pets. The space There are two buildings: a main house and a detached unit. Main house has: - 3 bedrooms (one master bedroom with a king sized bed and view of the water, second bedroom with a queen and a twin bunk bed, third bedroom with two twin beds) - a small area outside the 3rd bedroom with a full size futon - tv room with a full size pull-out couch - living room with fireplace and view of the water - kitchen - dining room - bathroom (toilet and shower are separate, each with a sink) - washer/dryer - large backyard with gated stairs right down to the beach detached unit has: - one bedroom with a full sized bed - living room with a full sized pull out couch - full kitchen - bathroom Other things to note The house is on a septic tank so please do not throw anything down the drains or toilets except toilet paper. The detached guest unit is fully private upstairs, with its own entrance. The downstairs level is separately occupied by a quiet long-term resident. You’ll have complete privacy, and it’s uncommon to encounter them during your stay.
