Dock - Table and chairs, Swim Platform with Lilypad, two Kayaks, one Paddleboard, float toys, wet steps ladder, Two PWC lifts, and a 14x36 Boat Slip Guest access The property features a drive-through driveway with a carport, offering generous parking for 4–5 vehicles. Please note that if you park in the main driveway or under the carport, stairs are required to reach the front door of the home. For easier access, a one-way side driveway branches off the main drive and leads directly to the front door. This side drive is steep, but it ends at a flat area where you can park or unload luggage, with just one step up to enter the house. We recommend a vehicle with 4-wheel drive for this side driveway, especially in wet or icy conditions. Guests have full access to the home and all amenities, including lake access and the private dock. The only restricted areas are the locked basement closet (for cleaners), small metal storage cabinets in the main and upper-level closets, and the storage shed. Everything else is yours to enjoy! Please note, stairs are required to reach the lake. Other things to note No parties allowed. This home is a great fit for milestone celebrations and group getaways, but we do ask all guests to be respectful of our home and neighbors. Confetti, glitter, and other hard-to-clean decorations are not allowed. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM to respect our neighbors. We provide lifejackets for guest use, but to ensure you have the correct sizes and enough for all children, we recommend bringing your own. Guests have access to the private dock and swim platform. Please be cautious and supervise children at all times when using these areas. As we are near the lake, you may encounter wildlife such as birds, squirrels, and deer. Please respect them and avoid feeding them.
