This listing is two fantastic spaces, a combination of a one-bedroom apartment (oceanfront view) and a studio (balcony view to the ocean and lagoon) next to each other, one door apart, within the same building. Your group or family can stay together, just one door apart, and comfortably sleep in one of the four Queen-sized beds. The Building has direct access to the Condado Lagoon, a 5-minute walk to the famous Condado Beach, and all luxury hotels in Condado. Easy access to everything that San Juan has to offer, including local restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, and convention centers. A short 12-15 min ride from SJU airport and 10 min ride to Cruise Port, and Old San Juan. Kitchens: Two (2) fully equipped kitchens with cooking utensils, stove, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Living area: The bigger apartment facing the Ocean has a sofa in the living room. Both apartments have LED HDTVs with Netflix and High-Speed Internet access. Smart features like Alexa to play your favorite music, WiFi, LED lights with adjustable colors, and dimmable lights. Bedrooms: One of the apartments has a single room and the other is an open-concept studio. There are two (2) queen-sized beds per apartment, for a total of 4 queen beds. Both rooms have air conditioners and blackout curtains for added comfort. Bathrooms: Two bathrooms, one per apartment. Building: Two elevators with a Power Generator for common areas. Quick Uber drive to most of the tourist attractions in the Condado and San Juan area including the Airport. Gated private front gate with a secured glass door. Only 5 minutes away from the famous San Geronimo Beach. Beach Essentials: We provide beach towels and a cooler for your convenience. Guest access Our guests use a physical Security key to access the building and the common areas such as the lobby and main entrance gate. Also, guests can access the Condado Lagoon from the backyard of the Building. Guests can access a laundry room located on the Lobby- level floor with token-operated units for washing and drying their clothes.
