That said, we want to be upfront about a few things to ensure you have the best experience and no unexpected surprises. • This is a residential building, and maintenance or construction work by the administration or neighbors may occasionally cause noise during your stay. • The apartment does not have a backup generator. In the event of a city power outage, there will be no electricity inside the unit until power is restored. However, common areas like the lobby, hallways, and elevators do have backup power.
