The space 1st Floor Kitchen - As this is our family home, this modern kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs. Dining Area - A dining table with seating for 6, a smart TV and a spectacular city/ocean view. Living Room - 2 stylish leather couches, coffee table, Bose Bluetooth speaker, board games, and toys for the little ones. Complete with view overlooking the city. Guest bathroom 2nd Floor Master Bedroom - Luxurious king bed, smart TV, ample closet space, air conditioning, safe, and full of windows for you to enjoy the skyline and ocean views. Complete with private full bath with bidet. 2nd Bedroom - Comfortable queen bed, smart TV, air conditioning, plenty of closet space, and a wall of windows that overlook the city. Complete with full bath. 3rd Floor Family Room - Open room with 2 eclectic sofas, big screen smart TV, air conditioning, and workstation with Herman Miller chair. Full Bathroom Laundry Room Balcony - Enjoy the spectacular city and ocean views on the balcony. Teeming with plants and complete with comfortable patio furniture and retractable roof. The perfect place to have your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail while you watch the sunset over the ocean. Rooftop Your own private rooftop oasis with 360 degree views of the city. Truly breath taking at night. Cook up some steaks on the Argentinean style charcoal grill and caja china oven. Complete with a sink and all necessary utensils. There is a table and chairs for 6 and a large retractable umbrella along with plenty of plants. 3rd Bedroom - Comfy queen bed, smart TV, air conditioning, and drawers to put away your clothes. The dryer is also located in this room. Casa Club (Shared club for building residents) Pool - The pool is open during the summer months (roughly December to May). A nice sized pool with a separate shallow area for kids. Plenty of space around the pool with lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Gym - A complete gym with many different machines. Fronton Court - Popular game in Peru, somewhat similar to tennis. Easy to learn and great exercise! We provide paddles and balls in the apartment. Squash Court Ping Pong Table. Paddles and balls provided by us. Foosball table Guest access We have a smart lock on the door to ensure an easy check-in process when you arrive. Other things to note Note that the apartment consists of 4 floors and has floating stairs (without a handrail). Take note if you have small children or mobility issues.
