The space Welcome to Vacation Haven in gated Tar-Tar-A Estates, a peaceful retreat only moments away from Margaritaville. Our spacious home comfortably accommodates 16 guests. Our home has 4 bedrooms, each with its own en suite, smart TV, and deck/patio. Located on its own floor, each bedroom offers plenty of privacy. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 3 queens + en suite Bedroom 2: 1 king + en suite Bedroom 3: 2 queens + en suite Bedroom 4: 2 kings + en suite There are no stairs from the 3 stall parking pad to the house, making it easy to unload luggage, groceries, and golf clubs. You'll enjoy views of the cove and main channel from one of our many decks and dock. The dock includes a 9 1/2 x 24' boat slip, perfect for renting a boat from one of the nearby marinas. Spend the day swimming off the dock or have fun at one of Tan-Tar-A's two outdoor pools and golf course (holes #2 - #8). For a full round of golf, The Oaks Course at Margaritaville Lake Resort is only minutes away. We also have two kayaks a maui mat, and pool floats for guests to use in our quiet cove. For the family, kids will enjoy spending a day at Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park, a round of mini golf, arcade games, bowling, horseback riding and more, all located minutes away in Margaritaville. It's not only for kids - adults can relax and unwind at the full service Driftwood Spa & Salon or kick back with a drink at one of the many bars. Outside of Margaritaville, there are several bars and restaurants located nearby, including Red Heads (American), Shorty Pants (Cajun), Jeffrey's Prime Rib and Lobster (steak & seafood), all only minutes away. If you feel like staying in, the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances is the perfect place to make a meal while you enjoy a relaxing night taking in the views from the deck. You're also welcome to use the gas grill located on the deck off of the living room/dining room. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, decks, and dock. Our guests are also welcome to enjoy many of the amenities offered at adjacent Margaritaville (fees may apply). Other things to note For your convenience, we will provide the following start-up supplies: Bathrooms: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and bar soap, toilet paper, towels, and wash cloths Kitchen: K-cups, sweetener, dishwasher pods, dish soap, basic cleaning supplies, paper towels Laundry Room: Tide pods, dryer sheets and beach towels (limited quantity) If the start-up supplies run low, you can purchase additional supplies at one of the nearby grocery stores. We also have board games and puzzles available in the laundry room.
