The space The kitchen is updated in a fresh 1940s Vib with checkerboard tile on floor and brand new appliances equipped for delicious meals. There is a newly planted herb garden for your use. Relax on the 1940s Vintage sofa. Spend an evening playing checkers, chess, or cards on the game-styled coffee table. Unwind in your choice of two plush bedrooms. Choose between a king and queen size. Enjoy the beautifully tiled shower and updated bathroom. Use the brand new washer/dryer to return home with a clean wardrobe. Outside Oasis The covered patio includes a 4 person patio table and chairs and grill for your use. This is a shared space with the main home. Grill items are located in Black Island in kitchen There are light switches to turn on overhead lights located on beams The neighborhood is relatively quiet at night. Being close to Ingleside Village, there are small musical events at Society Garden that you may hear, especially on weekends. Also, since we are a 8-9 minute drive to Atrium Hospital there may be ambulance noises. Situated 1 block from Ingleside Village, Birdie Hut offers a central location to Mercer University, 3 Hospitals, Atrium Healthcare, Piedmont Medical, Piedmont Northside, and Regency LTach and all of the many entertainment venues and museums that Macon offers including the new Amphitheater Guest access You will access Birdie Hut by main door located under the patio area. There is a keypad access lock. You will be sent a code on your day of arrival. Other things to note Landscaping is in progress at this time. Soon to be completed is gravel in backyard and more shrubs and trees in yard.
